Cleanroom cabinet oven The No. 1023 is a 550F electrically-heated Class 100 cleanroom cabinet oven, currently used for curing small rubber pieces in rotating drums at a customer's facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 26" wide by 26" deep by 60" high. Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements with 36 kW installed heat the oven chamber, while a 2,000 cfm, 2 hp recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the workload. This cleanroom cabinet oven features 6" insulated walls, a Type 304, 2B stainless steel interior with 1/2" inside radius corners and all seams welded, a ground and polished, top-mounted heat chamber, two motorized stainless steel shafts cantilevered through the rear wall of the oven with a drum coupling device to rotate the loads, four 18" diameter x 18" deep perforated stainless steel drums with internal stirring paddles and access doors on one end. The oven also contains 24" by 24" by 6" thick HEPA fresh air filters with 2" prefilters and two 24" by 24" by 12" thick stainless steel, high-temperature HEPA recirculating filters.

Rubber extrusion heads

Devolatilization refers to the removal of unreacted monomer, solvent, water and other undesirable materials from the process melt stream. Injection molding press The dual-compound CMS machine is a standard injection press with four rotating stations and two injection units allowing for the synchronous curing, stripping and injection of two compounds into the same mold. Equipping an injection molding machine with a second injection unit has been a viable production technology for the company on all types of machines in all configurations, dating back to the G7 generation. These include injection from the top or the bottom, the back or the side, etc. In that way, the company can respond to its customers' most complex requirements for production.
